Technicians Randy Kyle and Richard Kyle were amazing. They were very knowledgeable and very professional. They explained every aspect of the service they provided. I felt very confident the job was done well. I did feel the cost was high but the customer service and respectful concerns from the technicians were a great asset to my decision to have the job completed.

I had two service techs come out on Wednesday to diagnose a problem with our heating system. They were very thorough and determined that it was some dust build up in the system. On Friday a new tech came out and cleaned the system. I thought for about 3 hours total of labor they were priced very reasonably and I would definitely be calling for services in the future.

The guys came on time. They put on booties, looked to the job and gave me an acceptable quote. The job went great and left with no sign they were there. Two really nice guys.

It was a pleasure working with Landry mechanical and their crew. Nick the lead in the job was very knowledgeable and explained the install thoroughly. The install of water heaters and whole house water filtration was phenomenally done. The guys installing truly care about their quality of work and the install as a whole. Crispy clean product.

My experience was great. Team that arrived was awesome. I have just two opportunities to discus. The first was I was given a time window of between 8-12pm arrival. The team did not show up till after 3pm. This left me unable to do other tasks outside of my home. To be clear they communicated very well throughout and I appreciate this. But as stated by them they were running behind from other appointments. I would like to believe that the 8-12pm time frame built in extended work events. I’m happy I was able to wait the time for service but it was way too long in my opinion. The second thing was the cost of repair. I agreed to the cost but what I would have liked was an actual break down of parts, labor, use of tools to properly make sense of cost not just the service and the cost. Other than those two suggestions I am very happy with service, knowledgeable, professionalism. I will call them again for service.

All of the people who worked on the job were excellent, they communicated very well about their progress, and the new system works really well. Shout out to Donald for the electric upgrade, he even organized and hung up my networking equipment that was near the panel. A+

Efficient and professional service done in a timely manner. Mike and Anthoney were knowledgeable and efficient. They listened to my questions and explained things in terms I could understand. We were very pleased by their attention to detail and they went above and beyond expectations in fixing several small issues before things got to be larger issues.
