The response and personal have been very good. Their willingness to provide a complete break down of what's wrong and can be accomplished is also very good. Now their ability to go the extra distance to get the job done has been excellent. Also very friendly and personable a pleasure to work with.

We had 3 wonderful electricians work on our home lately, Mike D., Yaniel, E. and Nick C. They were all super friendly, professional, and great at what they do. We were able to get our lights/outlets working in the mudroom and they came back to wire a larger project a week later. The company was amazing with sending information about when people who be coming and who was coming. I liked that they have pictures included on who is going to be at your house and it includes that they do background checks on their employees. Everyone I chatted with on the phone were also very nice. Very professional, very good at what they do, would 100% recommend to anyone asking for an electrician!

Tory did a great job with hvac maintenance and patiently explained all my questions. I really appreciated her professionalism.

I have a maintenance plan with Landry’s and last time I was scheduling a service, they reminded me I hadn’t had them out to check my plumbing, electric or heating (I had recently done my HVAC service) this year. I scheduled the services and today a plumber, Joe Viveiros Sr., checked all the plumbing. He found a few issues and suggested remedies. While Joe was here, Mike Dowd, an electrician, showed up to check our electrical system. He found a couple things that we should address when we can but nothing critical. They were both very thorough and friendly. Landry’s could have let me remember (or not) on my own but instead reminded me of the benefits of membership. They are a great company to work with and I appreciate their honestly. The cost for both services was included in our membership, so there was nothing out of pocket today.

UPDATE 13Aug2026:
Tory and Evan returned to diagnose the HVAC system for a leak. They both spent hours trying to figure it out by running every diagnostic they could think of. They recharged my HVAC and it's working really well. Thanks to them both!
On another note - shout out to Jack who was with Randy yesterday. This whole team has been nothing but incredible to work with!

UPDATE 12Aug2026:
The Landry team came to my house for the annual plumbing, HVAC, and electric servicing.
Anthony, Randy, and JACK were fantastic - they showed up on time, did thorough reviews of the electric systems and plumbing and gave sound recommendations for improvements and fixes.
Tory performed the HVAC system service and she was amazing. She spent a considerable amount of time checking the system and found the possible leak that needs to be repaired. I cannot recommend this team enough!

Landry Mechanical is the best! We used them to replace our entire HVAC system and we couldn't have asked for a more professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent team. They made sure everything went perfectly from start to finish. Katie is the most incredible point of contact- she patiently answered the multiple questions i had. She also helped me with the Mass Save rebates. The techs who came to our house were polite, friendly, patient, and did a fantastic job installing our system. It’s perfect. Landry will be my "go-to" company from now on. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them!

October 14, 2022 - Landry was once again called to fix broken spigots on the outside of my house. Paul fixed those and also found a pipe that would have burst had he not replaced it when he did. Not only did Paul go above and beyond repairing what I had requested he originally fix, he ALSO found that my dryer vent was incorrectly installed, which would have resulted in my house eventually catching fire. Paul saved my house from both eventually flooding and/or burning down, thus literally saving my family's life. Again, I cannot recommend Paul and Landry enough!

Technician did an excellent job of cleaning and tuning my hvac system.

Sam Reynolds was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through all the details of our electrical system. He provided all available options to us and was quick to execute once we made the selection of the work. Would highly recommend!

I have used Landry several times over the past year, first for a new furnace and again for A/C repairs. Scheduling was easy and response time very fast. Their technicians are polite, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them for any of my future repair and service needs.

Had leak under kitchen sink, Nick Sokol showed up inspected leak went over our options, and made repairs. No press no upsell. Nick has done work for us before, extremely courteous and professional.

We shopped around for a company we would feel comfortable changing a complete heater/ac unit for a condo. We called three companies 1) never sent a quote after three calls 2) cancelled appt last minute and had to reschedule 3) was Landry Mechanical. They not only arrived within time given, laid down drop clothes so not to dirty our rugs, put paper shoe covers on, polite and professional. Upon completion reviewed all controls and operation on our level. We felt the price was extremely competitive. Definitely the top of our list for any mechanical needs.

Evan, the technician who was at my home yesterday to troubleshoot an issue with our cooling system, is outstanding! Knowledgeable, highly professional and truly customer service oriented.
