Issue was the 2nd floor bedroom plugs weren’t working. Upon inspection the plug strip has been tripped and needed to be reset. There are only 2 receptacles in the room.

Upon arrival for a member check-up we found 7 year old A/C system, we started on the unit in the basement, we inspected electrical wiring for the unit, inspected and disinfected the A/C coil. We added condensate neutralizing tablets to the condensate Drain pan, and ensured proper operation of the drain. We also changed the air filter going to the unit. We then went to the condensing unit outside. We inspected the coil, ensured proper wiring. We inspected the contactor, tested the capacitor and took an amp draw on the compressor motor. While inspecting the outdoor unit we found the capacitor to be outside of manufacture specifications and should be replaced. The outdoor coil is heavily impacted with pollen and debris and should be cleaned. We also found d the compressor pulling 67 amps when it is rated for a maximum of 58 amps it is recommended to add a compressor protection system to help with high amp draw on startup.we presented options to repair and customer decided to replace the w
