-replace drain valve on steam system -replace thermocouple in pilot assembly -remove and clean pigtail Arrived at home for steam boiler leaking water. Upon arrival found the draw off was leaking water. Did a full evaluation of the system and found the thermocouple was not in great shape and the pigtail needs to be cleaned. Drained down the boiler, replaced the draw off valve, cleaned out and refilled the pigtail, and replaced the thermocouple. Performed a full bubble and electronic leak search for any gas. Tested system operation. Everything is now working well.

Major diagnostic Replace main pcb board Upon arrival found that unit was displaying a message 2 c” and customer stated that he got a code “u” . I went through the entire system and found that one of the fuses for the main pcb board was blown . I replaced this fuse and tried turning on the system again but nothing happened and board was now displaying no message at all . Got on the phone with tech support and they confirmed that the main board should be replaced then further investigate from there 11/5 Replaced display board Tested system operations Analyzed combustion
