Starting his career by owning his own electrical business, Bill quickly demonstrated his aptitude for the trade, earning his credentials and steadily advancing through the ranks. As a skilled electrician, Bill has handled a diverse range of projects, from residential wiring to complex commercial installations. His hands-on experience and technical knowledge have been instrumental in maintaining high safety standards and delivering top-quality work. In addition to his technical prowess, Bill has excelled in management roles, where he has overseen teams, coordinated large-scale projects, and optimized operations. I am a DSR (Dispatcher). I use to provide customer service for a Rebate processing center. I processed rebates for the Masssave rebates. I use to work as a TV repair representative at Charter Communications. I was a customer service agent for a Catalog company. I started my role as a DSR last year. I have been working in Customer Service since 2006. I graduated from Northbridge High School in 2005 and went to College for a year at Nichols College I enjoy spending my free time with friends and family. I like to play card and board games. I also enjoy camping. Building computers is a hobby of mine along with making homemade wine.

Colin is an HVAC Technician here at Landry Mechanical. He started working in HVAC with a relative. Slowly, Colin wanted to go to trade school and learn more about the HVAC industry. He wanted to be around smart people who could teach him the technology behind HVAC. This experience gave him the ability to fix HVAC issues in hot summer heat and cold winter nights. In his free time, Colin enjoys fishing, hiking, working on cars, and spending quality time with his son.

Joe Viveros is one of our hardworking HVAC Installers and Plumbers here at Landry Mechanical. He graduated from Hudson High School and Peterson Oil Burner School. He has over 40 years of HVAC and Plumbing experience. In his free time, he enjoys video games and spending time with family.

Joey has been in the hvac field since 2003 starting out as an apprentice plumber earning his journeyman plumber license as well as his sheet metal license. Joey is married to his beautiful wife Maria Klocek-Viveiros and just celebrated their 16th anniversary. They have two amazing children. An 11 year old boy named Derick and a 10 year old boy named Tyler. Joey enjoys spending time with his family and playing video games.

Karin began in the industry in the late 90s. She brings decades of experience in the operational and accounting side of our industry. Karin works alongside the owners to manage our day to day, and financial decisions. In her free time Karin enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, camping, and spending time outdoors.

Kyle went to tri county high school for HVAC, he has 10 years of experience in the field as a service technician and was just promoted to service manager. In his off time he enjoys coaching his nephews hockey team, fishing, and motorsports.

Nicole worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years before switching over to wedding coordination for the last 6 years. Nicole is fantastic under pressure, highly organized, and has a calm about her that makes her an asset to both our call center team and our installation department. Nicole loves spending time with her nephews, husband, and dogs and she loves to play soccer.

Payten began at Landry in 2019 doing A/R, Payroll & HR for our organization. Payten brings a high level of customer service skills, with many years in the industry. In her free time, Payten enjoys spending time with her son & daughter.

I'm the Financial Analyst here at Landry Mechanical. I have over 20 years of experience in accounting roles. I previously worked in taxation, construction, and defense industries. I have a Bachelor's in Science Accounting Degree from Eastern Connecticut State University. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and working on household projects. My energetic personality and attention to detail make me a valuable member here at Landry Mechanical.

Ryan began his career in 1999. For over 20 years, Ryan has excelled in every aspect of the trade. A licensed plumber, HVAC technician, and master installer, Ryan oversees all aspects of our installations. From ordering, to design, to execution, he makes sure we perform the same high-quality level of installation, every day! In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and son, fishing, camping, and live music

Tim has over 10 years in the HVAC industry. A former technician, and one of our lead comfort advisors, Tim is an expert in designing the right system to suit your homes needs

Zachary started in the trade with his father at 10 years old. Zach is currently enrolled in Bay Path’s plumbing vocational program. Zach enjoys riding dirt bikes, building RC cars, and the great outdoors. Zachary has a bright future with our organization!

Zane has been in the plumbing Industry for twenty years, His background in the trade stems from the service plumbing world, with some new construction experience. In 2011 Zane started his own company in upstate NY, until moving to central Massachusetts in 2019. Zane has since moved on from his business and has landed at Landry Mechanical as GM. Zane is a father of two children and happily married to his wife Renee for over 14 years. Zane's hobbies include the martial arts, BJJ, playing guitar, and watching football, hockey and basketball. Zane also enjoys good food, along with spending time with family, and friends!

Sam grew up in Attleboro where he attended school and played hockey till went to Tri-county tech when he became interested in the electrical field. He has 18 years of field experience that includes rewiring historical houses around Brown collage to commercial work such as mall suits and machine shops. He’s brought that expertise here to Landry where he teaches the apprentices, meets with customers for consultation or to correct an issue whether it’s safety or inconvenience. Sam is top notch about helping customers, explaining the pro and cons of a situation in order that they make the most informed decision for whatever their project or want is. He’s an out of the box thinker who’s open to new ideas and doing things right the first time. He enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, along with his dogs Thor and Luna. He plays guitar for fun, loves the sport of hockey, and is a big collector of books, one could say he many fine leather bound books. He even reads them when he has the time for such a luxury.

Jackie grew up in Lithia Springs, Georgia before working 25 years in the automotive industry, and 8 years for a home service company. In her free time, she enjoys riding motorcycles, watching college football, singing, and spending time with her husband and 5 children. Jackie's ambitious, creative, and compassionate personality make her an excellent addition to the Landry team

My name is Rosie, I’m 20 years old and have been in HVAC for about 2 years now. I have done some installs, but where I really excel is in service. I love being able to help people figure out what’s wrong with their systems and being able to fix it for them. I also love that every day is something different, and another opportunity to learn and problem-solve. I absolutely love my job and am hoping to make this my lifelong career and become the best technician I can be!

Jack is a young and upcoming HVAC and plumbing apprentice. Jack attended Blackstone Valley Tech and has recently decided to further his education in the industry by signing up for classes to begin testing for his trade licenses. Jack is a hardworking young man who strives to better himself as well as those around him.

Aaron is an HVAC Installer and Service Tech here at Landry Mechanical. He attended trade school and didn’t have an interest in HVAC initially. However, he ended up in HVAC and fell in love with it. In his spare time, Aaron enjoys Motorsports, Water Sports, and Building Motors. He also loves good food and riding his bike. He currently resides in Charlton, MA

Attended Assabet Valley Tech as well as The Peterson School. I am a Plumber and have been a Plumber in multiple other companies. I have 5 years experience. Friendly, helping, understanding and outgoing. I love to work on old vehicles. I hunt, fish, dirt bike and am an avid chess player.

Bachelors Degree from University North Carolina at Charlotte. CSR, I have worked in HVAC industry for 2 years and previously worked as a paralegal for a law firm. I have 2 years of experience. I am Energetic, Outgoing, Adventurous. In my free time I enjoy gardening and spending time with family.

After graduating high school in 2018, I dove headfirst into the home services industry, where I have spent years learning from industry leaders in the electrical, HVAC, and plumbing trades. My role here at Landry is Contact Center Manager, I have worked it he home service industry since I graduated Highschool I have 7 years of industry experience. I am graduate from Blackstone valley tech from plumbing, along with hvac schooling and plumbing school outside of high school. I am a lead plumber and hvac service/ installer. only this industry. I have 13 years of experience. I am outgoing, organized, clean work environment, prepared. I love fishing, four wheeling, hiking, dirt biking, bicycle riding, spending time with family, being with my dog, fixing/ building things.

I’m Austin Anderson, Plumbing Apprentice here at Landry Mechanical. I graduated from Millbury High School in 2016 and have a background in Sales, Video Productions, and Merchandising. I have 3 years of experience in my role. I’ve been described as very open and outgoing. I love to meet new people and add new skills to my resume. In my free time, I enjoy playing baseball, hiking, fishing, and playing music.

Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Power Technology. I am Warehouse Manager, have worked in Medical , industrial and manufacturing. I have 25 Years of experience. I am straight forward, relaxed and honest. I love camping and build / repair things.

General studies and customer service management. Currently I am a customer service representative for Landry Mechanical. I have worked for a local township office and have prior hvac/plumbing experience as well. I have 20+ years of customer service history including 4 years with plumbing and hvac services, and 8 years in the automotive industry at a dealership. Having a positive and helpful attitude is one thing I strive to be known for. I am very much a "people person" and love to go above and beyond when able. I love to be outdoors. Camping, hiking, bonfires, and walks with my dog are at the top of my list. We recently bought a new camper, so I hope to spend a lot more time with it these next few seasons!

I’m Drew Sanford, HVAC Service Apprentice at Landry Mechanical. I’ve completed the HVAC course at the Technology Learning Center School in Oxford, Mass. I have 1 year of experience in this industry.
